Practical Information

 Winter 2025 Launch:
We are delighted to open the photography association with a 7-week introductory course at

Madla Bydelshus.
Address: Åsta Kongsmors gate 20, 4044 Hafrsfjord.

 

​Course Duration:
Each course runs for 7 weeks.
Participation costs 1,650 NOK per semester (one day per week, over 7 weeks).

What We Do
At Lenzeih Association, we encourage creative self-expression through photography. Our approach includes DIY techniques—clever, hands-on tricks and creative solutions you can try at home, transforming your photos to look as though they were captured in a professional studio.

What Participants Can Expect:

• Discover how light, backgrounds, and composition can dramatically influence your images.

• Experience both sides of the camera, as photographer and model, switching roles throughout the course.

• Explore a variety of weekly themes including colour, shadows, movement, portraiture, and fashion.

• Learn how to use your mobile phone camera like a pro, your phone is the only equipment you need to bring!

• Get creative with DIY projects such as designing backgrounds, building reflectors, and mastering simple photographic tricks you can recreate at home.

Additional Benefits:

• Participants receive professional photographs taken by the course instructor.

• Those interested can model and have their images showcased in the association’s exhibitions and campaigns.

• Members enjoy a 20% discount on family and portrait photography sessions.

• It’s also possible to order prints of children’s own photographs on clothing and shopping bags through the association.

Safety and Inclusion
We take privacy very seriously. If you prefer that your child’s image is not shared on social media, simply indicate this during registration. The child will be given a blue ribbon for easy identification, ensuring we respect your wishes at all times.
